Service Description

The 4-day ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Training Course equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to plan, conduct, report, and follow up on Quality Management System (QMS) audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011:2018. The program covers requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, principles of auditing, auditor responsibilities, process-based auditing, and risk-based thinking. Participants learn how to: - Interpret and apply ISO 9001 requirements - Plan and manage audit programs - Conduct effective internal, external, and supplier audits - Collect and evaluate objective evidence - Identify nonconformities and assess root cause - Lead audit teams and manage audit communication - Produce clear, compliant audit reports The course includes workshops, case studies, and simulated audits to develop practical auditing skills.
